Project Overview:

Built in early 1960, the Renne Library has faced serious deficiencies in recent years, including safety, accessibility, security, reading space, climate control, lighting and seismic resistance. In an effort to renovate this historic building, CTA collaborated with MSU and the State of Montana to design and manage the project. By separating work into 34 separate construction phases, CTA was able to complete the three-year renovation within budget restraints and keep the library in full operation during the entire project.
