Project Overview:
The original Paws Up Ranch dates back to the homesteader days of the late 1800s. CTA brought the Paws Up Ranch to its present day splendor with the rustic theme of heavy timber and large bolted connections throughout the entire ranch, replicating an historic mining town.
One significant building "the Salesbarn" boasts a lounge area and a massive arena that seats up to 350 onlookers and features a removable polished wood dance floor. Three enormous plasma screens grace the walls of the arena; perfect for seminars or viewing the ultimate cowboy classics. The 6,000 sq. ft cook shack facility is equipped with a full production commercial kitchen and large rustic dining hall, as well as offices and an upper conference room located in the building's main stone two-story silo.
