Glanbia's Gooding, Idaho plant is the largest barrel cheese producing plant in the world. The plant processes over 7 million pounds of milk into 500 pound barrels of American-style cheese every day. It is one of the most efficient cheese manufacturing facilities in the world, and in 2006, CTA contributed to their continued success by designing a new 3000 amp electrical service for the plant.
